A lovely double room is available in Hyde, with two windows and so it is nice and bright. Four built in wardrobes in the room and plenty of storage. The room also has a dressing table and a mirror. The rest of the house is shared with one tidy tenant.

The bathroom has an electric shower and a bath. The living room has a big corner comfy sofa, a vintage coffee table, a large TV and a real log fire great for those wintery nights.

The kitchen has a washer/dryer, shared fridge and oven/cooker. It has views onto the large back garden which has an egg chair and garden furniture at the bottom for socialising when the weather is better.

The current housemate is quiet but cooks regularly, he works in the ambulance service and is trustworthy and kind. He is a tidy person and so another tidy, quiet but friendly housemate is preferred. I technically live there too but am never ever there.

Great transport links. 20 minute bus door to door to Stockport or goes to Ashton in the other direction. Closest train station is Hyde Central which takes you to Manchester Piccadilly and is 15 minute walk away.

Close to some lovely walks, hikes and a canal. Backs onto the bridle way. Close to Werneth Low Country Park too.

Plenty of on street parking in a safe area. Neighbours are lovely too.
