Hi,
I am looking to share this great house with one other person. The principal bedroom is available in this semi-detached located in Stockport, with the town recently being named as one of the best places to visit in the UK for 2026.

The house is a 1930’s three-bed period property, located in South Reddish. Off-road parking and garage storage is available.

It's 6 minutes by bus into the town centre, Stockport train station and 30 minutes to Piccadilly Train Station. Heaton Moor is 1.5 miles away and Reddish O.5 miles, Reddish Vale Country Park & 0.5 miles with golf courses.

Most things in the house are brand new as it has undergone a full renovation. The largest bedroom has a king size bed which can be removed easily and stored in the loft if another bed is preferred. There is a large John Lewis wardrobe in the room, along with a choice of other new furniture.

TVs aren't in every room, just shown as an option. Room functions can be flexed to suit living style. Living room has a huge John Lewis corner sofa (so comfortable ❤️) with tv that has Sky sports, movies and Netflix subscriptions. Dining room can be used as an extra living room if required.

Back garden and decking get the sun from about midday until sunset, so great for bbqs in summer. There's a garage at the side of the house if you need a little storage. Only one neighbour and they are a really nice family.

Looking to meet a like minded person to share this great new place with. Although it is a three bed, the box room is used as a wardrobe so I only intend to have me and one other person living in the house, so there will be plenty of space. I plan to extend the decking round the back of the house which will double the living area space in the warm months.

I lived in London for 7 years so I have plenty of experience of living with others, many of whom I am still friends with. I try to be very respectful and was previously a super host on Airbnb! 🙇‍♂️ I have also been a landlord for 15 years so I understand importance of providing a well maintained property that can be a person's sanctuary, not daily annoyance.

I love listening to music, going to gigs/festivals but aim to keep the party outside the home. Im a keen traveller and like to travel to new countries to appreciate other people and cultures, as well as amazing food! I work as a marketing consultant in a hybrid role of home, gym and office working.
I'm hoping to play more tennis and golf this year as well as learn to ski.
Most days I can be found eating out, playing sport and having a chilled evening in watching a film or series, with good food.

Any questions just ask 🙏
Thanks,
Ged
