We’re looking for a fifth person to join our 3-bed flat right in the heart of Clapham Old Town. You’d be living with two very laid-back couples – but don’t worry, you definitely won’t feel like a spare part!

The bedrooms are huge (the only slightly snug space is the galley kitchen), and we have one bathroom with both a bath and a shower. We’re all on different schedules, so even though there are five of us, it never feels crowded.

Location-wise, it’s hard to beat – we’re sandwiched between about four pubs, directly opposite grocery shops, and just a 5-minute walk from Clapham Common station. Super convenient for everything.

We’re a chilled household – love going out for a pint, equally happy with a cosy night in, and we enjoy hosting the occasional good party. We’re ideally looking for someone in their late 20s to early 30s to balance out the ages.

The room is £1,000 per month plus around £90 in bills, which is great value for the size and location. There’s no desk in the room currently, but we can sort one if needed.

It’s a gorgeous, characterful listed building with lots of quirky features. Any repair issues get sorted quickly. One heads-up: the upstairs ceiling is quite low – no need to duck if you’re tall, but maybe don’t jump on the bed!
