hello! I am sadly moving out of the beautiful double bed-room I have lived in for the past 3 years to move in with my partner, so I am looking for a replacement tenant to move into this 4 bedroom flat!
When: around the 20th of May.
Rent: £825 excl. With bills coming to aproximately £100 depending on season.
Location: The flat is located between Camberwell and Brixton, with 7 mins walk to Loughborough Junction Station and 12 mins walk to Brixton Station.
The location is ideal, as there are lots of nearby bus stops with 24/7 bus routes and loads of nearby amenities like supermarkets, cafes, shops, community centres, parks etc.
Our flat is on the 3rd floor of the building and the Kitchen and bathroom are shared among all 4 tenants. You will also share a brand new washing machine and a new very large fridge!
The room is furnished and equipped with a double bed frame, a mattress, a wardrobe and a bedside table. Being right across of both the bathroom and kitchen makes it easy and quick to access both facilities, and you will find it to be spacious and cozy with a large window and lots of natural light.

Two of the current tenants are staying and one is moving out, so this might also be perfect for two friends looking together! My best friend and I have been living here and it's been amazing for us. I can provide the ad to the second room upon request!
