I'm currently in the process of moving out, and so need to find a replacement tenant for my tenancy. The flat is sociable, everyone is lovely, and the shared amenities are nearly always available. The location is possibly the best you can get in Zone 2, takes around 15 minutes, on underground, to get into Central.

❗THE FLAT:
The flat is excellent; all the shared amenities are brilliant, washer, dryer etc. The living room is brilliant for social events, with a cozy balcony off to the side of the living room.
Bathroom usage is split between 4 people, and is well managed; everyone is fair and kind.

❗CURRENT TENATS:
There is currently 5 (including myself) who live in the flat; 3 boys (1 is me) and 2 girls. All are professionals, aged 22-28, with lovely personalities. Honestly, could not ask for a better flat! They are all willing to go out, have a laugh, chill in the living room; but will equally give space, and let everyone relax by theirselves.

❗CONTRACT:
The current signed tenancy is till August 2026; however, as ASTs are defunct as of May 1st, per 2 months after the signing of the contract, break clauses are completely fine w/ 2 months notice, so it is an insanely flexible flat that, if you need a 4-month stay over summer to commute into central, would be brilliant.
