Small double room in Clapham, 10 minute walk from Clapham Common tube.

I’m unfortunately leaving London and giving up my room with my lovely flatmates. The room comes furnished with one bed frame, one bedside table and a built in closet.

The flat:
- Spacious living room
- Kitchen with lots of storage
- Large back garden (amazing in the summer)
- Two shared bathrooms (One with a shower)
- A lovely cat called Midge lives here

The flatmates:
You’ll be living with Demi (28) and Sam (25), who are both working professionals. Both are sociable and enjoy the pub and doing things around the city. They equally enjoy their own downtime and a relaxed vibe at home.

The location:
Less than a 10 minute walk from Clapham Common station and a prime location for cafes, shops and the common itself.
