Renting out my double room for roughly 2 months while I’m away on a short sabbatical. It’s on Cedars Road, a couple of minutes from Clapham Common itself, the tube/overground, and the Clapham bars and restaurants are on your doorstep.
The room is sizeable; it is bright, decent storage, comfy, and gets good natural light. We also have a private patio out back.
You’d be sharing with my mate, who’s staying on while I’m gone. He’s 28, runs his startup so he’s busy and out a fair bit during the week. Weekends he’s usually training (jiu jitsu), playing/ watching sport, going out with mates, or working.
