13 minutes' walk to Herne Hill and Loughborough Junction (Sutton, Wimbledon, Blackfriars, Farringdon, St Pancras, St Albans and Luton Airport).

The house has one shared bathroom upstairs and a downstairs toilet.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, large fridge/freezer, toaster and microwave, together with a small dining table. Kitchen has utensils, cutlery, crockery etc.

A sofa and TV in the lounge area.

The outdoor patio has a covered area with table and chairs.

About you – open to all types of renters, including students and professionals. Non-smokers only. Ideally someone who is naturally clean and tidy and does not rely on a cleaner to maintain shared spaces.
