About the House
It’s a clean and relaxed home. The space is semi-furnished by the landlord with the essentials, such as:
Bed, Dresser, Couch, Dining table
Rent: £1050 + utilities
Utilities: Typically £240–£260/month, ( split £130ish ) depending on usage
Note about Council Tax: My current roommate will be starting her master’s at UCL in September, so she’ll be exempt from Council Tax. Right now, the total is £85/ month which we split. But I believe with the single payer discount it’ll be around £60( solo)
We have a great landlord! They’re a private management company and are always quick to respond to any issues that come up.
Deposit: 6 weeks rent
There’s a small contribution of £150 for some of the shared items currently in the house, and I’m happy to leave my desk and mirror behind as well.
What we are Looking For:
A clean, respectful, working professional who is easy to get along with.
(You must pass referencing with a minimum salary of £30,000 or show sufficient savings if you're an expat.)
About the Current Roommate:
You’ll be living with just one other person, a 23yrF
working in fintech and about to start her master’s at UCL in September.
