Room going in a house of 3 lovely women ! I am going to New York for a month and am looking for someone to take my room from the end of April to the end of May. My housemates are all working within the arts and or hospitality, we are an LGBTQ+ friendly house!

Wardrobe and hanging space will be made available for you, including space in the fridge and freezer. The house includes a washing machine :)

Everyone is very kind, clean and friendly. The house is a 10 min walk to Clapham North Overground, Clapham North Underground and Brixton Station, as well as very close to various bus stops.

The room is on the top floor of the house, where another room is situated. There is a bathroom on your floor with a shower/bath,/toilette.

£650 rent, not including £100 for bills in total (council tax, water, heating, electricity)
