Jade (22), New to the UK, originally from Australia, who's always up for exploring the city.

Kate (25), who has recently moved from Ireland, loves sports and getting out and about.

It's a fun, laid-back household where people enjoy each other's company but equally respect one another's space.

The location really is hard to beat - you're just a one-minute walk from Clapham Common tube station and the High Street.

Rent: £950/month + approximately £70/month bills (varies by season)

Ideally looking for someone sociable who wants to be part of a great house dynamic.
