I’m looking for someone to replace me in my room in a lovely 3-bedroom home. The room is fully furnished and will be available from 27th September.

About the house & housemates
You’ll be living with two young professionals — one guy (26) and one girl (24). They’re both friendly, tidy and easy-going, and it’s a really nice, relaxed home environment.
We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful and friendly, and who would be happy to have a chat or socialise from time to time, while also respecting everyone’s personal space.

The room & house
The room is fully furnished, so you can move in without needing to buy furniture. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with shared living and kitchen areas.
There is also permit parking, which is a great bonus if you have a car.
