My flatmate and I are moving out of our lovely apartment and looking for people to take over our tenancy. The lease is up in July 2026 but you can do a tenancy swap should you want to leave sooner.
Larger room is available from 15th of March 2025, Small room is available from April 7th. We are directly opposite Clapham North station, and we are looking for 2 lovely people who enjoy socialising but also respect each others space in the flat. You will be living with our friend Grace who is 20 and studying product design at CSM.
