Hello!

I am looking to short term let (6.5 weeks circa) my large, recently re-decorated double bedroom near Clapham South Tube.

The bedroom comes with new low-profile bed base, new very comfortable mattress, new cupboard, new desk, new chair plus new TV and stand. The room and flat also comes with business grade broadband as paid for by me. Other bills are to be split 2/3 ways.

Alongside your room! There is a shared and recently redecorated bathroom. My Dad who is plumber/builder led the refurbishment and everything works well within it, water pressure, temperature etc.

The Kitchen has also recently been redecorated with new large fridge/freezer and enhanced shelve space.

About me! I am Project QS (Building company) who had previously founded and ran a head hunting company.

For the flat, I am looking for a tidy respectful type who is looking to join a well looked after flat.
