Hey,
Me and my girlfriend are moving out of our room to make the move to east London, so we are closer to our new jobs, so are looking for a couple to replace us!

The room-
The bedroom is huge and basically the size of a small studio flat. It is a beautiful room with original wooden floorboards and big bay windows, which means the room is nice and sunny but the wooden shutters are excellent at blocking out the light. There would be more than enough room to move the bed away from the wall and potentially add a little sofa if you wanted to. We own a disgraceful amount of clothes and this room fits them, a feat in itself. Most of the furniture comes with the room, we own the big wooden chest of drawers and the pink desk in the window, so would be taking them with us. The shelves are removable so you can decide to keep them or take them out and the shelves themselves are adjustable so you can customise them to different heights ect. The gnome would also be coming with us, which most would probably be relieved about.

The house-
The house is spacious and there are two bathrooms, a lounge, a dining room, a kitchen diner, a massive garden and plenty of storage around the house.
There is plenty of room for working at home, with space in your room, the dining room and the living room to work.
The garden is huge and sunny, a rarity in London, it's great for BBQs (we have two BBQs and a fire pit) and sunbathing in summer. There is a pond where our resident toad lives, called Toad exotic who you can sometimes spot wandering around the garden and we get loads of birds into the garden. We also made a vegetable patch as a lockdown activity (which admittedly, we have recently neglected) so if you're green fingered, you're free to do whatever you desire with the garden.
Bills usually come to £70-£80 a month, this includes a bi-weekly cleaner, who does the communal areas!
The landlord is lovely and really great at getting new things for the house we request or sorting out any problems.
The house is on a beautiful road and we feel real fancy living here. It's only a road over from the main road but is really quiet and safe.

Location-
The house is round the corner from Stockwell tube and can be reached in 5 mins, which is on both the northern line and Victoria line. We all work all over London and can all get to work in around 30 mins (pre-covid) because of the great transport links.
The house itself is in Stockwell. Brixton Jamm is two roads over and there are plenty of bars/pubs/restaurants in the area and it is a 15 min walk into the centre of Brixton. it's easy to walk back to after a night out/drinks.

The household-
Everyone is really friendly and gets along well. It's been an amazing place to be over lockdown and we usually have drinks on the weekend and watch films together on weeknights. Saying this, it's not a big party house and everyone is very respectful of each others space and as we all work 9-5 Monday-Friday, the house is quiet on weeknights.
Us and one of the other flat members are moving out together, so she will also be replacing herself. Everyone who has ever lived here has stayed for years and we are careful to replace ourselves with likeminded people to keep the house a lovely place to live.
We are happy to do virtual or in person viewings.
We are moving out on the 13th of Feb so would be looking for someone to move in around then!
