A cosy double room is available in my welcoming and peaceful garden flat for the month of May and maybe a little longer. Ideal if you are seeking a bolt-hole or base on a short term basis.

There are amazing transport options with the bus, tube and clapham junction railway within easy walking distance. There is a bus stop one minute away! There is also street parking available for permit holders and space in the front garden to secure a bicycle.

The room is furnished with a double bed (with drawers) and side table but with access to a built in cupboard / wardrobe in the hallway, just outside the room for good storage. There is a comfortable and inviting living room, (Virgin Broadband, Netflix and Prime Video), a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with a bath tub and overhead shower.
I’m good-natured, respectful and considerate and hoping to share with a like -minded female flatmate.
