It is a great location that is also just 10/15 mins from both Clapham Common tube station and Clapham junction!

The entire place is very spacious and homely with plenty of room and storage including a large separate kitchen and lounge as well as a big bathroom and has a balcony!

About us:
We are 2 23 year old friends who met at university. We are very easygoing, clean and sociable as well as respectful of other people’s own time and work commitments! We enjoy all sorts of different things including going out for drinks, staying in and having lots of our own hobbies.

We love this place and really do not want to let this go, so we need to find someone ASAP to secure the place for another year!
