Fantastic location and available in 10 days. Existing tenants are lovely and they are looking to replace one tenant with someone new.
At the moment, there are 3 single tenants people living in the property, all professionals who lead busy lives at work etc so everyone just does their own this thing, but are happy to chill with each other at home as well . The bedroom has a double bed but is not huge, so only suitable for single male or female, but it is a decent size and will be cleaned before you move in. Bills are split equally.
