Room available to sublet in a small warehouse from 23rd of june till end of july for 500 (100 pounds a week basically) along with a 50 pounds refundable deposit to make sure the room/house is left in good conditions. There is also possibility to extend in August.

Bear in mind there is no windows, only internal ones so it isn’t for everyone but there is an air purifier in the room and we have an electric air vent running in the house that we tend to turn on during the day.
The house has 2 kitties and a courtyard. Everyone is very friendly but we’re a all a bunch of introverts and quite busy so the house is pretty quiet at all times.

We are 10 min walk from brixton station with a tesco 2min walk.
