Hey we’re Will and Jake

Jake is an Architect and Will is an Architectural assistant (yet to be an architect!). We both work full time in an office in Battersea, so we rarely wfh.

We have a bit of an army of plants in the living room and apart from caring for them we love to cook together and spend much of our time out with friends. For us the flat is a more relaxing and chill place to switch off from work and the city.

Our home is a new build in a development at the heart of Clapham behind Lambeth College so it's a 5 min walk to the Tube and shops. Abbeville road is only a 5 min walk away and the common is quite literally at the end of our road.

We’re ideally looking for someone a similar age to us that’s a chill and clean.
