Well-lit, 2-bedroom flat split over the top two floors of a building. Top floor is airy living room with skylights, sofas, a dining table, and a little reading nook under a skylight. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen are on the floor below, with modern amenities, a bath, and lovely big windows.

Amazing location, only a 3min walk to Brixton tube station, or a 10min walk to Stockwell tube station. Total rent including bills is £1,300 (this includes a bit extra to cover heating over winter and a bit left over for housey bits)

My wonderful housemate is moving to be closer to work so her room will be available in May (though some flexibility on move date if needed)

It is a creative, open and friendly space, and I am really looking for someone I can be friends with and build a happy home! The landlord is happy for us to paint the flat and put up art, as long as we paint it back at the end of the tenancy. My bedroom is green and the living room is pink as you can see.

I am 26 and work for a charity, I work from home 2-3 days a week. I am a very social person and love hosting friends, but also love a chill evening in, especially early week! I want it to feel like a home where both people can communicate openly and be happy

Whilst I love to host, it is not a party flat - better suited for cosy drinks, dinner parties, catch ups, arty evenings in, and putting the world to rights over a bottle of wine. I make a roast most Sundays for friends, which is always lovely and wholesome and would love you to join :)
