Hi! I am looking for an extra flatmate for my 3 bed house in Stockwell.

Rent: £960 pcm (bills and cleaning included) - also open to exploring a 4-5 day week set up (reduced rate) for those working in London and needing somewhere for weekdays.

Move in date: MAY

Bedroom includes: small double bed with storage cupboard, shelves and set of drawers. Shared access to large bathroom with bath and shower. The house is a 4 min walk from Stockwell tube, 10 minutes to Brixton / Clapham north. 15/20 minutes to Brockwell Park. Great tube with speedy access central/north/east (victoria/northern lines!)

The house is situated over three floors and has a large upstairs balcony that gets lots of sun in the spring/summer - great for lounging out on! Also includes a garden, kitchen/eating area and sitting room.

I work from home a majority of the time and am in the process of turning my downstairs bedroom into a part time acupuncture studio as well as renting it out on Airbnb so ideally would be looking for someone who works in the office during the week (but happy to be flexible on this).

Looking for a fun/kind/easygoing/independent professional who is keen to keep a calm and tidy home <3. I am also very partial to hosting and deep chats over a glass of wine so if thats your thing then brilliant.

Big loves involve: art, writing, music, gigs, silly TV series, design, cooking, karaoke.

Also have an equal measures grumpy and adorable Tom cat that is very much part of the furniture and loves a cuddle.
