Have a room available from end of March. By Clapham North and overground station (both a few mins walk away)

£900 a month + £150 bills (unlimited heating, cleaner, internet, council tax etc)

Sharing with 5 other Kiwis and Aussies (2M, 3F) in late twenties/early thirties. Looking for someone a similar age. All a great bunch to live with! Everyone’s happy for a chat when home and enjoy going to gigs together. Double room on top floor of three level house. Bathroom is shared with one other. Big house with a backyard which is great in summer. Large kitchen with dining table and a living room with tv also.

Move in between 20-31st March . Flexible with dates
