I am moving out of my lovely Brixton flat and I am looking to fill my room. The room comes with sole access to the main bathroom (my flatmate has the en suite), so you’ll have it to yourself.

The flat is modern, bright and warm (literally — underfloor heating is a dream in winter) and well looked after. The bedroom is generously sized, and the landlord just put in a new bed and there is a desk. The room also has inbuilt wardrobes.

You would be sharing with one 26 year old male, bio here: I work in HR, keep active with fitness, and enjoy cooking bits and bobs here and there (though I won’t be winning MasterChef anytime soon). I’m sociable and enjoy a laugh, but also respect downtime and like to keep the flat calm, clean and easy-going the kind of space you can really relax in after work.
