Hey everyone!

We are currently looking for 3 people to move into a 6 bed house in Clapham North.

We are 3 friends, early to mid 20s and are a sociable bunch. We love to go out but also enjoy a quiet night in.

We would preferably like ages 20-28 and the move in date would be August 25th.

The prices for the available 3 rooms are:

Ground Floor Bedroom: £1,200.00 exc bills
1st Floor En Suite: £1,400.00 exc bills
2nd Floor Bedroom: £1,100.00 exc bills
