I’m looking for a friendly and responsible flatmate to share a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in SW9 from 12 October.

You’d have your own bedroom and private bathroom, with a bed and bedside table already provided. The flat is around a 7-minute walk from both Stockwell and Brixton stations, with Co-op, Tesco and M&S nearby. PureGym and Brixton Recreation Centre are also within about a 10-minute walk.

I’ve lived in the building for a few years and have a good relationship with the landlord, so I’m looking for someone who will treat the flat as their home and take good care of it.

A little about me: I’m a mix of introvert and extrovert — I enjoy having friends over every now and then and being social, but I’m equally happy having a quiet evening at home. I’m clean and tidy, enjoy going to the gym, running and generally keeping active, and like having a home that feels relaxed and comfortable. I’m a professional working under a hybrid model, about 60% work from home and 40% at the office.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, considerate, responsible and easy to live with. Good communications and respecting each other’s routines is the key :)
