We are living in a fun and social house share set on 3 floors in the sought after Clapham North Triangle, with a back garden perfect for BBQ's or lounging around after work. The property is perfectly nestled for a 5 minute walk to Clapham North tube station, as well as 10 minutes to Brixton station. Both the Victoria and Northern line are on our doorstep which is extremely useful for commuting.

There is a lovely bedroom with a king size bed that is coming available. It has high ceilings, carpeted floors and 1000 pocket sprung english mattress. The house is in very good shape having been done to a professional interior design standard. It has original features, new furniture + beds as well as the bathrooms which have recently been refurbished.

Ideal candidates to move in:

Chilled and easy going young professionals. Ideally if you enjoy a social house with flat mates you go to the pub with for a few beers with every now and then that would be great. If you play sports...rugby, football, squash or tennis that is a plus. I am a big cricket/rugby/tennis player.
