We have a sublet available in our new flat from now until the start/mid May!

Rent is £770 and bills are roughly £105 per month. We are a 15ish minute walk to both Clapham South and Clapham Common stations & there’s a bus stop right outside that’ll take you to either.

We are all from New Zealand and are good mates/family and are all social people. We enjoy going to the pub, travelling, sport etc and are keen on someone social who feels like a mate!
