I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely, well-located flat in Clapham from April.

The location is unbeatable and just a minute walk to from Clapham High Street and a short walk to Clapham Common. Transport links are excellent, with Clapham North tube (Northern Line) right next door, Clapham High Street Overground close by, and Stockwell (Victoria Line) just a short walk away, making commuting across London really easy.

The room is bright and comfortable, with plenty or storage and a closet. There is WFH capacity with a desk upstairs. The flat is homely and practical, with everything you need day-to-day and a welcoming, feel.

You’ll be living with two friendly girls in their 20s who are both working professionals. It’s a sociable but relaxed household where everyone does their own thing but enjoys a chat in the evenings or the occasional catch-up.
