Hello All, looking for a female preferably as we already have 2 girls living in the house and a little dog Zara. A very quiet street, 5min away from Newcastle on Hartshill road. Asking for 400£ pounds (bills included) because it’s the smallest room in the house, but still plenty of space and we are just looking to cover the costs of the house and bills, not to make money. Both girls are very friendly (rarely at home as both working and loves to travel). We want someone who would treat this house as a home and definitely not as a shared house. The room is furnished (double bed, chest of drawers, book shelve. If anything else is required it won’t be a problem to arrange, you just need to pick and it will be bought!) .
