This is a lovely bright double room in a quiet and friendly house. All furniture is provided as seen in the picture. It shares a bathroom with one other tenant. All bills are included and the washing machine and dryer are free to use.
The current tenants are all professionals and mostly from overseas. They keep the house clean and tidy and we have a cleaner weekly to clean the shared areas.
