Shared house available in Leek.

Housemate: Josh, age 25. Relaxed, trained chef, friendly but appreciated own space. Enjoys evenings in the pub, relaxing, video games, hiking and poker. Originally from Stoke. Works away 2 nights a week.

About The House: Shared lounge, kitchen & bathroom. Plus garden (patio). Triple glazing, so nice and cosy.  Top floor double bedroom, comes with a big wardrobe and space for a small desk or chair. South facing window with views over the garden. The top floor consists of 2 rooms, the double bedroom & a small single room. Happy to have shared use of the single room as a guest room, or it can be exclusively yours for an additional £100 per month. Meaning you would have the entire 3rd floor.  The lounge has a fireplace (not functional at present, but I’m hoping to change that at some point) and a 40 inch TV. The kitchen has a good size fridge/Freezer and a washing machine (not a dryer).

The Location: 2 minutes walk from Spout ☕️ and the market square. Or 12 minute walk from Brough Park. Morrisons is a 2 minute drive (10 minute walk) away, and a variety of pubs within a 5 minute stroll. Parking is not included, but there is street parking nearby and infront of the house.

Pets: Small animals are welcome if well behaved and quiet.
