Shared with one lovely female is a bright and modern bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, sink. This is cleaned every two weeks by the cleaner so no need to worry about cleaning it yourself!

The current tenants are all professionals and mostly from overseas. They keep the house clean and tidy and we have a cleaner to clean the shared areas.

This is a quiet and friendly house in a lovely quiet street walking distance to town, Tesco and the train station.

There is parking for three cars behind the house and a small garden area.

This is a great home, where the tenants always stay a long time.
