Hi,

I'm Mike. I'm a live out landlord who is looking for one tenant to take a room in in 3-bed split level ex local authority apartment from 1 November.

Currently, my friend Sam, and tenant Katherine are living in the other two bedrooms.

The apartment is light and spacious, with new flooring downstairs and a modern kitchen. The flat is furnished and the bedroom comes with a bed, desk clothes rack and chest of drawers.

Sam and Katherine are looking for a clean and relatively quiet professional. They both enjoy hanging out in the flat, so social is great, but hopefully your big party days are behind you, or at least on pause while in the apartment.

Katherine (29) is an editor. Outside of work, she enjoys running, hiking and knitting. Sam (33) is an accountant. He's also outdoorsy and spends a lot of his free time climbing and sailing.

Bills are included (council tax, water, internet) except gas and electric which are on a meter (probably around £60pcm total).

The room will be £850 pcm.

Please note, the video is from when I lived in the apartment, and most of the possessions in the photos are no longer there. The bedroom will of course have a bed, and the furniture outlined above.
