Beautiful, large double bedroom in Stoke Newington, overlooking Clissold Park. Sharing with a lovely professional called Nafisah. I am renting out my room while I am away in December/ January. Dates can be flexible but currently December -Feb. She has requested WOMEN ONLY.

The flat is beautiful, has a really calm vibe being right next to the park. You can always hear the birds and in the evening you can see bats too. The neighbours are lovely. A close nit community, we look out for each other.

There is a bus stop right next to the estate, but I find using lime bikes is the best form of public transport for this area as they are so quick and bountiful. Tube is 15-20 min walk away. equidistant from Manor House, Finsbury Park, Stoke Newington High Street and Canonbury.

Local delights include the reservoirs, (lovely for walking around, one of which you can swim in if you dare- cold swimmers paradise!) Clissold park, The Castle Climbing centre, loads of delicious restaurants and cool bars, theatres, the iconic Rowan's Bowling Alley, Green Lanes Turkish food.

I have lots of plants, any help watering them while i'm away greatly appreciated!.

Dates are negotiable, as I can stay away for longer if necessary, but currently December 20th -Feb 1st.
