The other 3 flatmates are 27 y. o males in full employment and would like for someone with similar interests to join them at this lovely spot.
Property is 5 minutes from both Dalston Junction and Kingsland, well furnished with a large garden, 2 bathrooms and plenty of storage space.

We’re a sociable, friendly group but are respectful of down time and a clean, tidy environment that we can call home.

£1150 per month + roughly £40 bills - with a move in at earliest by 11th February.
