Looking for someone to take over our lease agreement in a lovely 3 story 4 bedroom terrace house.

Current flatmates are 3 professionals (a kiwi, Brit and American) 28–30 who all have active social lives but enjoy hanging out for the occasional movie, dinner or drink (the Auld Shillelagh is 2 min away).

The room is large, warm and has a lovely spacious ensuite, it is situated on the top floor. The house has plenty of storage, a private garden to make the most of the summer months, a large kitchen and separate living room. Located just off Church Street and 10 min walk to Clissold Park.

Available from mid March (slightly flexible around this date). Current contract runs until 1st July, so option to sign onto another year at this point.

Please reach out if you have any questions or would like to arrange a time to view the room!
