I’m subletting my lovely room in Stoke Newington for the month of August only — £780 including bills. It’s a bright room in a quiet and respectful household right next to Allen’s Gardens. The flat’s on the 2nd floor with a lift, loads of natural light, a shared living room, and a terrace. You’ll be living with two other lovely flatmates.

I’m flexible with move-in and move-out dates.
We’re 5–10 mins from lots of bus routes and the Overground, and about 15–20 mins from the nearest Underground station.
