Looking for a someone to take a lovely room between Dalston and Stoke Newington. The room is £660 excluding bills, move in date 16th March

ABOUT THE ROOM:
It’s a small/ medium sized room that comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, small shelving unit. A previous tenant also had space for a a small desk. It gets lots of light especially in the morning.

ABOUT THE HOSUE:
You will be sharing with 3 lovely housemates all in their late 20’s early 30’s who work in arts and hospitality. The house has two bathrooms - one upstairs and one downstairs. There is a bath and shower in each. We also have a small but compact kitchen with a washing machine. We have quite a large living/dining area and a small garden/patio out the back.

THE AREA:
Situated just off of Kingsland Road the house is located between Dalston and Stoke Newington. It’s a beautiful area with lots of gorgeous parks (clissold park, abney park, London fields about a 20 min walk away). Dalston and stokey have great bars/restaurants/cafes/ independent shops and markets all basically on the front doorstep.

Dalston kingsland overground - 15 min walk
Dalston Junction overground - less than 20 min walk
Great 24 hour bus routes to central London (76, 149, 243)

Rent - £660 a month
