Large 3 bed studio in converted wearhouse.

The Studio;
The studio has two open floors.
Downstairs floor has a large living/dinning area with open kitchen, and shared bathroom with shower & toilet.
Upstairs floor has a desk and creative space with a second sofa.

The Wearhouse;
We also have a communal garden with allotments, workshop, bike shed, and balcony overlooking the river lea that is shared with a small community of very relaxed lovely people. The wearhouse is situated in a gated industrial area in Stamford Hill so the area is very safe, however it is walking distance to Stoke Newington if you want something more lively.

The wearhouse offers a community vibe with many different characters so it's important to not be prejudice in any way. We enjoy the occasional event, dinner, and gathering however this is not a party house.

Me;
You'll be sharing with one female in mid 30's who works nights.

Ideally looking for other night shift workers or at least someone who understands the struggle of housing with shift workers. It's important to keep noise to a minimum while others are sleeping and to be respectful when it comes to cleaning up after ourselves and organising the deep cleans.

Transport;
---We are situated right on the river Lee and have a bike ramp that goes directly onto the tow path.
---There is the possibility of parking on the nearby streets and you can get a resident permit (extra cost) for this and visitor permits via the council website.

Public transport;
Seven sisters tube 20min walk
Stamford Hill overground 10min
South Tottenham overground 15min
Clapton overground 25min
Tottenham Hail station 20min walk
Bus stop to Liverpool Street is 10mins.

Easy access to Luton, Stansted, Gatwick, & Heathrow (if you're a regular traveller like me).

The room;
--Very large double room on top floor, gets lots of light as there are two large skylight style windows that have shutters as opposed to curtains. Room comes with a king bed with mattress large ottoman and clothes rail. Welcome to add more furniture.
This room is big enough to fit a king bed along with a sofa, desk, and plenty more space for clothes rails and storage. The bed frame offers underbed storage also. This room more than comfortably fits a couple.

Rent £900 for single, £1100 for couple.
Includes bills, council tax, Internet, and most household supplies.

This room is available from early May until the end of August, possibly longer if you're the right fit.
