Hi everyone, I'm Farhana. I live in this flat and i'm looking for a female to share the flat with. You'll love the room i have on offer.
I have a spacious airy double room. It has a desk and chair to work from, a spacious large double wardrobe, plenty of room for your belongings, a small unit, and a comfortable double bed. This room and home is very clean.
In the kitchen you will get your own fridge/freezer. There is a kettle, washing machine, toaster for you to use plus other utensils.
You don't want to miss out of the garden. There is a lovely patio/garden space for you to enjoy. If you don't want to work from your bedroom you are welcome to work from the garden.
The bathroom and toilet is small, cute but clean.
The whole flat is spacious.
The flat is opposite Rectory Road Station which is less than 1 minute away. The Weaver line is less than 10min away from Liverpool Street Station which is very convenient.
i'm looking for trustworthy female, who is quiet, good character, friendly and respectful of our space and home.
The kitchen, bathroom and toilet is shared. You do have your own fridge and freezer in the kitchen, so there is no need to share with us.
About the current housemates. We are 1 adult female and 2 female teenagers, friendly and easy to get on with. Thats why i am looking for a women for safeguarding reasons.
Rules for the home: No guests allowed. I priorities safety.
All bills are included for £900. I would need to see reference from work and previous landlord or work or character reference.
I would highly recommend you view the room. We can arrange an online viewing. Short or long term is fine.
