We are looking for a third person to join our Stoke Newington home from the beginning of May. You will be sharing with Siena (she/her) and Anup (he/him).

The flat has a large living room/kitchen area with a cosy couch, large TV for catching up on reality TV, plenty of plants and many kitchen gadgets. The bathroom is recently renovated, complete with a separate shower and jacuzzi bath.

The room has doors that open directly onto our peaceful private garden with a large table and shed for storing bikes. The room faces east so you get the morning sun. The room comes unfurnished and can fit plenty of furniture perfect for working from home if you need/want to. Serious offers for current items of furniture will also be considered.

We are a short walk away from Abney and Clissold parks, loads of shops, cafes, bars, restaurants (Church St!) and five minutes from Stoke Newington Overground and great bus links.

Rent including all bills is £1100.00 per month with deposit of £867.00.

We are all tenants, and you would join mid-way through a 12-month contract which is up for renewal on 1st October 2024 (breaking the lease early has historically not been a problem at all). There is a referencing process with an agency asking for a previous landlord reference, proof of income, and ID.

Accessibility: the entire flat is on the ground floor. There is a big step at the entrance and another step down into the garden. There is no intercom.
