Hello,
My name is Corin and I have recently bought a two bedroom flat in Stoke Newington. The flat has just finished being decorated and I am looking for a tenant for a 2-4 month period to move into my spare room.
The room comes furnished with just a bed and mattress. Clothes storage will be required if you need it. As I recently purchased the property I am adding furniture regularly, the living room has a sofa arriving in early September.
I work from home 3 days a week in the living space so ideally am looking for someone who isn't working from home at the same time as me, to prevent us being on top of each other (of course theres some degree of flexibility here).
About me, originally from Bristol, I have lived in London for 6 years. I enjoy cooking, cycling, going for long walks to explore london and can reguarly be found in a local pub with friends.
As a flatmate, it’s important to me that we both keep the place clean and tidy and are considerate about noise, especially during antisocial hours. I’ll always do my best not to disturb you, and I’d expect the same consideration in return.
This is perfect for someone looking for a simple short term arrangement in a beautiful location in a newly decorated property.

No room for bike storage (I use a street hanger)
