We're looking for someone to join our friendly flatshare in Stoke Newington!

The room

Who you'd be living with

We're Yael and Barney, a couple around 30, both working in healthcare. We're pretty active and outdoorsy and love cycling, hiking and camping, but we're equally happy going to gigs, cooking, doing pub quizzes, playing games or just hanging out at home.

You'll also be living with Seb, who's 23 and works as a barista. He enjoys cycling around London and exploring the city's arts and cultural scene whenever he gets the chance.

What we're looking for

We'd really like the flat to feel like a shared home rather than just four people who happen to live together.

We're hoping to find someone who enjoys occasionally cooking or sharing a meal together, chatting in the kitchen, playing games or heading out for something fun, while obviously still having our own lives and respecting each other's space.

It's important to us that home feels open, accepting and comfortable for everyone. Mostly, we'd love to find someone who genuinely wants to be part of the flat and help make it a nice, relaxed place to live.

Getting around

- Stoke Newington station – 9-minute walk
- Manor House station – 16-minute walk
- Finsbury Park station – 25-minute walk or a 10-minute bus ride, with a stop right outside the flat

There's outdoor cycle storage on the estate, as well as secure cycle hangers operated by Hackney Council.
