Our current housemate is moving out from the 7th November, so we're looking for someone to take over his room on a permanent basis.

The Room:
A large bottom floor room (unfurnished, but it can be discussed with the guy who is leaving) with wooden floors and high ceilings.
Deposit: £1240
Bills: £150 to £200

The House:
The room is part of a modern 4 bedroom, 3-floor house with a living room, huge open plan kitchen and dining, 1 bathroom (1 room is en-suite) and a decent sized garden. There is also a spare room for guests or to use as laundry room.
Cleaner every two weeks

Housemates:
You'll be living with 3 friends in their 30s working full time in different fields. When home we like to chill and cook together but also do our own things. We also like to have a bit of a party every now and again with friendly dinners and gatherings on weekends. Ideally looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.

The Area:
4 minute walk from Stoke Newington station, very close to Church Street with lots of restaurants and pubs and a large Morrisons basically on our doorstep. Just a little further up there is also a Lidl and local gyms.

The Ideal Housemate:
Ideally we are looking for a male around our age group to keep the balance. Someone who is super clean, and enjoys being social as well as doing their own thing. Just someone chilled, easy going that would fit well into our current setup!
