Large bright room with single bed, large desk and good storage. All bills, fast broadband, cleaning stuff etc included, so there are absolutely no extras to pay. This would suit a female who wants a comfortable, clean, stress-free, friendly place to stay. Great if you are studying or just prefer somewhere quiet. One or two days home working is OK but not full time.
The room is overlooking the garden in a very quiet street but with lovely cafes, pubs, a bakery, a leisure centre, a park and local store in a 5 minute radius.
You’ll have use of large and well equipped kitchen-diner, laundry room, bike parking in the garage and unlimited fast wifi. The bathroom is kept spotless and shared between just us 3. There is an additional downstairs loo.
It's a very quiet residential street but only 10 mins walk to Stoke Newington High St/Church St/Dalston and lots of bus connections to city & West End, also only 10 minutes' walk to London Overground at Dalston Kingsland/Junction or Rectory Road for City/ Shoreditch /Stratford and Victoria line. Bike parking available in garage.
I'm the homeowner -I think I can say I'm relaxed and friendly, the average stay of my lodgers is 2.5 years, some much more. I am semi-retired and often away, and I have my own part of the house. The kitchen is huge and we tend to chat and hang out there. We mostly to do our own thing in the evenings. I am looking for another quiet, relaxed female who will fit in with the calm atmosphere and keep things clean and tidy.
