Room available for rent in Stoke Newington, in a friendly and fun home.
We are three, Italian and French guys and an Italian girl, looking for a fourth flatmate.
Most of us work in the evening and in the hospitality industry, which means we mostly hang out at home during the day. We are friends and we enjoy socialising and having dinner together whenever we can.
We are looking for friendly professionals or students that can match our vibe and possibly don’t work from home (or don’t need a fully quiet home during the day).
Bills are not included and are calculated by the tenants each month, they are around £80 to £120 each per month, depending on the season. That includes council tax, water, internet and electricity, gas is on a rechargeable key.
