I’m subletting my room in our beautiful Victorian house in stoke newington from 18th December - 24th January - dates can be flexible, roughly £800 for a month inclusive of bills.

You’ll be sharing with 3 others (2 guys and 1 girl) in their mid-late 20s, who all work full time and are out of the house most the week, however we do like to hang of a night and go to the pub.

The area is lovely, near hackney downs and clissold park, lots of shops/bars/pubs and transport.
