I have 2 rooms to let in my beautiful house in Stoke Newington, N16. It has a lovely garden & is 8 mins by bus to Finsbury Park station.

There is one very large room & one small room. Both rooms have double beds, desks & have plenty of light, & with sufficient storage space with new radiators, wood floors and one lovely kilim in each room.

Super bathroom, skylight, marble around washbasin. Solar hot water & photovoltaic panels on roof. Sunny garden planted for birds & bees.

I am friendly & very open to people from other cultures & speak French & Italian.

A peaceful home is very important to me. I appreciate sharing with someone who is considerate: quiet, tidy and clean.

The rent for whichever room, includes all bills & wi-fi.

I am preferably looking for a student who is currently enrolled at university & undertaking a Masters or PhD.
