You’ll be living with Katie (30), a wonderful Canadian in a cosy little cottage tucked away down a cul-de-sac in Stoke Newington.

My room (picture 1) is small but cosy, with a wardrobe and a bed with drawers underneath. If you work from home, the lounge is a great place to work.

The second room (picture 2) is a bit bigger and the rent is 1000 pm.

The house is super tidy, and the rent is reasonably priced for the area. There’s also a big garden, perfect for summer BBQs and all that jazz.
